Khalilah Lauderdale is the USC Associate Athletic Director for Student Services where she manages a comprehensive student services program for the USC Athletic Department. Prior to this position, Lauderdale worked in the USC Financial Aid Office as the Associate Director of Fiscal and Program Integrity, administering the business operations of student aid delivery, overseeing the day-to-day responsibilities for fund management, account reconciliation, donor awards, and athletics aid. Her research focuses on practitioners’ use of financial literacy to meet college students’ future financial wellness goals. She is interested in exploring how institutions can provide better financial education material to address the wealth gap, a lack of financial literacy among college students, and their overall financial fragility.
