Tatiana Melguizo,ย a faculty researcher at the USC Pullias Center for Higher Education, was recently interviewed about her research and equity-minded approaches to mathematics education by Vilma Mesa, Associate Professor of Education at the University of Michigan, on the Democracyโ€™s College podcast on August 21, 2018. ย 

I want to say that itโ€™s very important for researchers to really get insights from practitioners and work together in identifying research questions that are really meaningful today because Itโ€™s the only way we can really influence the lives of students of color and underrepresented students that we really want to impact.
