The institutional data collection and the faculty survey each have their own informed consent document for respondents.

Confidentiality for Institutional Data

  •  Information will be transmitted from institutions to RTI International. RTI uses a secure platform for data transmission. They collect institutional data for projects including IPEDS, SED.
  •  Names and contact information of individual faculty will be removed before the data is shared with other researchers, ensuring the confidentiality of the data you transmit.

Confidentiality for Faculty Data

  • Your privacy is a top priority for FACE researchers, and you will be anonymous in all analyses and reports.
  • Names and email addresses are retained solely for the sake of data collection, including our ability to send invitations and reminders to complete the survey. Names and contact information will be stored separately from survey responses.
  • As a research project, for survey reports, only the aggregate findings will be included. No data will be presented for any subgroup with fewer than five respondents.
